New Shops, Restaurants and Infrastructure to benefit Dorchester Residents

BOSTON, Nov. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- EDENS, a leading national retail real estate owner, operator and developer, welcomes new retail partners to South Bay in Dorchester, Massachusetts. These new retail offerings are part of the 750,000 square foot mixed-use expansion currently underway.

Adding more than 16,000 square feet of new retail, the four new retailers joining South Bay on District Avenue include:  

  • Express (Now Open): Express is a specialty apparel and accessories retailer for fashion-forward young women and men for everything from first job interviews to weekend parties.
  • Totto Ramen (Coming Soon – Spring 2019): Totto Ramen is a ramen restaurant specializing in paitan-style ramen and recently ranked as one of the top ramen places in Boston due to its thick and hearty broth. The owner is also originally from Dorchester ("OFD").
  • 110 Grill (Coming Soon – Spring 2019): 110 Grill is a locally owned restaurant known for its modern American cuisine in a trendy casual atmosphere including a horse-shoe shaped bar, massive draft beer list and comfortable outdoor experience with tables, couches and a fire pit.
  • Red Wing Shoes (Coming Soon – Summer 2019):  Red Wing shoes has been delivering hand crafted footwear since 1905 and will now offer Dorchester the highest quality boots Made in America.

Within the new five city blocks of development, these retailers will join 10 partners who have opened throughout the year, including AMC Theatres, Nike, Converse, ULTA, J.P. Licks, LOFT, Carter's, Starbucks, Chipotle and Forever 21 Red.
