The center's 48-year history and strong ties to the Montgomery County community make it an excellent addition to the company's portfolio.

Originally developed in 1968 and previously owned by the Carl M. Freeman Companies, Cabin John is a 214,204 square foot center located at the intersection of Seven Locks Road and Tuckerman Lane. Cabin John Shopping Center and Mall is the newest addition to the EDENS portfolio, which counts more than 120 centers nationally and 35 centers in the Washington, D.C.
