PRINCETON, N.J., Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Princeton Shopping Center is the home of holiday cheer with decades old traditions that continue to today. This year, Princeton Shopping Center celebrates the season with a festive tree lighting, in-store specials and events, and a visit from Santa himself.

This Saturday, December 3, starting at 12 p.m., Santa will arrive to the center in style on the Princeton Hook & Ladder Fire truck with some of the community's bravest. Princeton Mayor Liz Lempert will then lead the countdown to light the Christmas tree in the courtyard.

From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., Santa will be sharing holiday greetings around the center and available for photos while the Princeton High School Girls Choir performs holiday favorites in the courtyard. McCaffrey's will hold their annual Holiday Tasting from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. this Saturday and again on Sunday. Gingerbread House Decorating events will also take place at McCaffrey's the following weekend, Friday, December 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, December 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visit www.mccaffreys.com to learn more and be sure to register by December 6.
