CLOSTER, N.J., Nov. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- EDENS, one of the nation's leading retail real estate owners and developers, is excited to announce new partners for Closter Plaza, a diverse, vibrant retail destination with a discerning mix of national retailers, local boutiques, specialty stores and restaurants. Anchored by the recently opened Whole Foods Market, Closter Plaza welcomes renowned national stores Target, HomeGoods and Petco, all slated to open in November.

Coming to Closter in 2017 is The Bar Method, the sleek studio offering a high-energy, challenging barre workout. It will be joined by Orangetheory Fitness, a group personal training studio delivering high-intensity workouts, and CycleBar, which will unite riders of all ages and fitness levels by creating an unparalleled multisensory exercise journey. Together, these partners will transform Closter Plaza into the region's top fitness destination.

Ruby & Jenna, a clothing and accessories boutique known for high-end, affordable fashions, will join Marcia's Attic, which offers a top-tier selection of contemporary designers, adding exciting new retail to the plaza. The mother-daughter team behind Indigo Chic brings their passion for fashion with a boutique centered around a commitment to quality, trendsetting goods. Lu Lu Belle, a children's store with clothing and accessories from infant to size 16 from top designers, rounds out Closter's new fashion retail.

For the best in beauty, Closter Plaza has two exciting openings in the new year.  bluemercury, the nation's largest and fastest-growing neighborhood shop for cosmetics and skincare, will bring a new level of luxury to the center along with Laveli Salon, a hair salon with a passion for people and exceptional customer service.

Closter is also slated for a wave of exciting food offerings and dining destinations. Chipotle and Starbucks join the lineup that includes Bareburger, and two concepts from famed chef Jose Garces—Distrito and Village Whiskey. Distrito will be a celebration of the culture and cuisine of Mexico City, with a menu focused on the cuisine of the "Distrito Federal." Village Whiskey, a whiskey and burger joint, was born from Chef Garces' vision of a spot where he and his team could enjoy a drink and a snack after a long night in the kitchen.

Capping Closter's new lineup will be Mexico City-based Cinemex Movie Theater. Closter will be one of five initial Cinemex locations in the country, and will have one of the only two luxury theaters in the state. With five duo screens, cinemas with private viewing rooms, oversize seating and RealD 3D, Cinemex will raise the bar for moviegoers.
