With the heightened construction activity in Buckhead's West Village, which is bound by West Paces Ferry, Roswell Road and East Andrews Drive, the Andrews Square renovation confirms EDENS commitment to enriching communities by fostering the local, distinct character of the center and its shops and contributing to a thriving neighborhood. "We aim to preserve the quality retail the West Village is known for, curating the best-of-the-best, and that starts here at Andrews Square," says Herbert Ames, Vice President - Southeast for EDENS. "From our sister center at Buckhead Marketplace to Andrews Square and the other projects in the area, we see the West Village continuing its legacy as a place for best in class Atlanta retail as well as building a future as a great walkable urban place for Buckhead."

Family-owned urban farmer's market, Lucy's Market, will anchor the revitalized Andrews Square.  An eclectic destination offering fresh produce, chef-prepared foods, a selection of fine wines, personalized gift baskets and specialty items, Lucy's has remained a Buckhead favorite since opening in 2009. The new 6,500 SF location will allow for enhanced offerings and more creative space for owner Kim Wilson.  According to Wilson, the new location is "an exciting opportunity to provide our shoppers with more of what they are seeking in fresh, local and curated offerings."  Wilson continues, "this move is allowing us to design a space in line with our goal of being a retreat among the bustling Buckhead community."

To create a more dynamic experience, several retailers will relocate into new spaces within the center. One of the longest operating boutiques in Atlanta, Poppy's has been at Andrews Square for 35 years. "Andrews Square has proven successful for us," says Lindsay Wegener, Managing Owner. "It's central for our customers, it has a great vibe for everyone and we're excited for it now to be even more of a showplace."

Boxwoods Home, named a top US retailer, remains a cornerstone of Andrews Square. The retailer's thoughtful mix of vintage and antique pieces, modern home accessories, furniture, lighting, and fine gifts coupled with its garden store across the street has made it a staple among Buckhead shoppers.
