CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Two restaurants, both new to the Charlotte market, will open their doors at Park Road Shopping Center next year. Both have a strong emphasis on local ingredients, and being involved in the communities where they live.
Burtons Grill features upscale dining in a casual environment and prides itself on fresh ingredients and a creative cooking style. The restaurant is chef driven with a menu of scratch-made, locally inspired dishes. They have ten locations on the East Coast; this is their first location in North Carolina.
Originally from Birmingham, AL, Urban Cookhouse lives by their motto "buy local, eat urban." They use only the freshest ingredients with an emphasis on wood-grilled meats prepared on a Big Green Egg® and local produce served in a warm, friendly environment. They are committed to a menu that features local ingredients from local farmers.
"Bringing quality food to Park Road Shopping Center has been an ongoing goal of the redevelopment," said Lyle Darnall, managing director of EDENS. "These new vibrant concepts will complement our already unique collection of retail and restaurants."
Both restaurants are expected to be open by the spring of 2016.
