Piola, an international pizza franchise owned by a local couple, will serve a free kid's meal with the purchase of an adult meal. Chill-N will hand out samples of its creamy, nitrogen made-to-order ice cream, and The Babysitting Club will get into the spirit of Halloween with a children's face-painting station.
