Cyclone Anaya's Mexican Kitchen To Open At Mosaic

WASHINGTON, Oct. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EDENS, one of the nation's leading retail real estate owners and developers, today announced that Cyclone Anaya's Mexican Kitchen will open at Mosaic at the end of this month.

Cyclone Anaya's Mexican Kitchen will open its first location outside of Texas at Mosaic in Fairfax, Virginia, at the end of October.  After 40 years, Cyclone Anaya's Mexican Kitchen, a family owned business, has become a Texas legacy, serving classic recipes with original and homemade flavor.  The menu presents an upscale variety of hand-made gourmet items carefully prepared from scratch, using only the finest ingredients.  Executive Chef Jason Gould's decadent Tex Mex dishes like Lobster Enchiladas in Chardonnay cream sauce, Lump Crabmeat Nachos, or delicious Carne Asada ala Tampiquena are the hallmarks of their exciting approach to food.  Cyclone Anaya's at Mosaic will also feature a cozy, mezzanine bar area overlooking the main dining room.
