EDENS Names Mark Garside Chief Financial Officer

COLUMBIA, S.C., May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EDENS, one of the nation's largest owners and developers of community shopping centers, announced today the appointment of Mark Garside as Chief Financial Officer. Garside was the company's Managing Director and head of Capital Markets for the past ten years.

As CFO, Garside will be responsible for capital markets, investor relations, finance, accounting, tax and treasury.  Throughout his 20-year career, he has supervised debt and equity financing transactions, public financing transactions, joint venture and partnership structuring, investments and business development.  Garside has participated in over $10 billion of private and public capital market transactions.
